Are your ingredients really 100% Canadian?
Yes. We adhere strictly to the CFIA Canadian Sourcing Guidelines. 100% of our single-ingredient beef lung is ethically raised and sourced from inspected Canadian farm partners, ensuring zero imported proteins from overseas, a lower carbon footprint, and absolute supply chain integrity.
What does "Human-Grade Quality" mean for your treats?
In accordance withAAFCO and CFIA quality guidelines, "Human-Grade" means our single-ingredient meats are sourced from agricultural partners and processing facilities that handle culinary-grade meats intended for human consumption—meaning no meal, no animal by-products, and no industrial fillers.
Are your eco-friendly pouches officially certified compostable?
Yes! Our packaging partner utilizes plant-based, renewable bio-materials engineered to meetBPI (Biodegradable Products Institute)andASTM D6400 / ASTM D6868standards for industrial compostability. Once finished, your pouch is designed to break down cleanly without leaving synthetic microplastics behind.
How long do the treats last?
Our treats are best enjoyed within 6–12 months when stored in a cool, dry place. That said, most dogs tend to make them disappear much sooner than that. For maximum freshness, reseal the bag after opening and stock up early for your next order.
Do your treats need to be refrigerated?
No refrigeration is required. Simply store them in a cool, dry place and keep the bag sealed after opening. Refrigeration is perfectly fine too and may help extend freshness even longer.
Are your treats suitable for all dog breeds?
Yes. Our treats are suitable for dogs of all sizes and breeds. As with any treat, we recommend supervising your dog while enjoying them and serving appropriately sized portions.
How long does shipping take?
We ship across Canada. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.
